With background ranging from psychology to user experience research and design to programming, I am interested in exploring all elements of the digital product lifecycle. In particular, I am passionate about approaching development from a human-centered perspective and considering how the way people process information impacts their interactions with technology. I love the interdisciplinary opportunities in the field and am excited to advance my creative and technical skills with further experience.

Jira Training Developer
I synthesized documentation from mobile app development and mechanical engineering projects to design clear, end-to-end sprint plans. These plans were translated into Jira workflows and featured in video tutorials demonstrating realistic product management scenarios. The tutorials will be used to train student teams in the Multidisciplinary Design Program.

Full Stack Student Developer
I collaborated with five peers and a nurse practitioner client to develop a full-stack mobile application that enables nurse practitioners to find mentorship opportunities. My contributions spanned the full development cycle, including UX design in Figma, front-end feature implementation with React Native, and deployment using Firebase and Expo. Over a four-week period, I conducted iterative user testing to refine the app’s design and ensure alignment with the client’s priorities.

Product Management Intern at Publicis Sapient
I owned the product lifecycle for an AI-driven chatbot, delivering a proof of concept for a leading financial institution client. In this role, I managed a team of five software engineers and facilitated agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Leveraging my SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification, I utilized Jira and Confluence to manage tasks, align development efforts with client goals, and prioritize feature implementation throughout the project.

I am currently working with a project team on building an LLM-driven application using LangChain. We are incorporating vector embedding, retrieval-augmented generation, and function calling. The product will be a fully functional chat-bot optimized for users to receive personalized movie recommendations.

I was a fellow in a semester-long workshop for developing user experience research and design skills. I learned how to create wireframes, flow charts, and prototypes using Figma.
